How we started
In 2018 – after over two decades in the audio industry – I founded Audio Concierge to be the only specialist portable audio consultancy in the UK. I wanted to share my passion and love for high quality music with those around me. I surrounded myself with only the finest quality products available, providing exceptional sonic performance and incredible build quality. The products however only tell part of the story. My time within the industry afforded me with invaluable knowledge, enabled me to pass this on to my clients and provide them the perfect auditory experience.
Passion
My passion stems from when I was just 11 years old. My Dad handed me down his incredible HiFi after he committed to an upgrade and I was hooked ever since. Music became a part of life and I pursued a Music Production course through university.

History
I have enjoyed being part of the audio industry since I was just 16 years old. A part time Saturday job in a HiFi store in 2002 offered me the opportunity to learn so much and garner enough knowledge that I could pass it on to my clients.
Results
I wish for clients to have their new “First Time”, that experience of hearing details in their music they never knew existed. Enable them to explore their music collection like never before and ultimately have an emotional connection to what they are hearing. The moment when subconsciously their foot is tapping to the music is my ultimate goal.
Vision
Ultimately I wish to share my passion for high quality audio with others around me that enjoy their music. I want to teach people that there is much more out there than just the big named brands. Just like cars, you have your Ford’s and Volkswagen’s, However you then have Pagani, Rimac and Koenigsegg et al. They are all cars but the experience is very different

Where it all began
Straight from school I began my journey within the audio industry. At just 16 I started curating high-end audio solutions for clients throughout the UK
2002
We began to evolve
Having spotted a trend in the Far East with the incredible rise in portable audio usage. I was the first person in the UK to begin specialising in all things portable audio.
2009
Organised headroom™ Show
I orchestrated the first UK portable audio show that took place at the prestigious Metropolis Recording Studio in Chiswick.
2015
Brand Change
With the continued growth of the headphone and earphone business, I orchestrated a substantial rebrand to better align the brand message with our customers.
2016
Founded Audio Concierge
Founded as the only dedicated, specialist, portable audio consultancy. Exclusive partnerships were formed to provide the UK with the best possible products.
